Summer Fitness

During the summer period our fitness timetable is different. Remember, all full member categories can take part in our fitness sessions free of charge and others can pay for some of the classes.

Ultimate Group Fitness

Every week 06:30-07:15

 

Strength & conditioning

9am until the 15th of July with Gillian then continues throughout the summer at 12:00 with Paul

Tuesday

Pilates

Continues as usual throughout the summer at the new time 09:00-09:45

Yoga

This session will continue as usual throughout the summer 18:30 in the sports hall

Wednesday

Fight Fit

6:30am-07:15am every other Wednesday starting 26th June

 

Strength & Stretch

Continues at the amended time of 09:00 with Gillian for 2 weeks then Paul throughout the summer.

Strength & stretch

18:15 this session will continue until the 17th of July then will be off for the rest of the summer.

Thursday

Ultimate Group Fitness

Continues 06:30- 07:15 am through summer

 

Pilates

At the amended time starting 09:00 continues through summer with Paul

Pilates

18:30 continues as usual in the members lounge

Friday

Ultimate Group Fitness

Continues 06:30- 07:15 am through summer

 

Strength & Conditioning

Continues as usual at 12:00 with Paul throughout the summer

 

Saturday

Fight Fit

7am – 8am every week through summer

Continues as normal at 16:00 all summer with the exception of 4th of August
