Tageted to juniors aged 7-12 (standard is taken into account) that are able to hit shots using the blue/red dot squash balls (for extra bounce). These juniors will develop their basic level of racket skills and hand eye co-ordination through fun games and drills, practicing:

• correct forehand/ backhand technique 
• serves/ returns
• volleying 
• court positioning/ movement
• And more 

By completing this course juniors will fully understand the rules of squash and be able to construct rallies in order to play competitive matches against other juniors.
