Notes from the coach
The Improvers course will help those attending build on their current skill set. Those attending may have played a significant amount of tennis and can maintain a 5 -10 shot rally with a partner from the baseline at a slow to medium pace. They will have an understanding of an overarm serve but it may lack consistency, direction and pace. They can hit forehands and backhands but often struggle with depth, direction , power and higher pressure situations.
