Notes from the coach
Mini squash course set up to progress young juniors to the next level. Transition from mini squash balls to blue/ red dot squash balls developing racket skills and improving hand eye co-ordination.
Sessions will combine fun games and drills to practice:
- forehand/ backhand hitting
- serves/ returns
- vollying
- basic squash movements
- And more
By completing this course juniors will learn key squash movements and good technique.
