Notes from the coach
This is a session to further devlop existing technical and tactical knowledge. Those attending should be demonstrating good technique on forehands, backhands, volleys and serves. Their understanding of tactics and the use of space and pace is becoming more effective. They are able to split step and understand the purpose of the split step. They have a good working knowledge of the different grips used in tennis especially the chopper grip!
