Notes from the coach
Targeted to juniors aged 4-7 for an introduction to the sport. Use mini squash (red) balls to learn basic racket skills and develop hand eye co-ordination.
Sessions will combine fun games and drills to practice:
- forehand/ backhand hitting
- serves/ returns
- vollying
- basic squash movements
- And more
By completing this course juniors will understand the rules of squash in order to play full rallies and matches against other juniors.
