A targeted session designed to complement your running routine. This class focuses on strength, stability, mobility, and injury-prevention work, helping runners improve performance and stay healthy. Mostly mat-based, it includes functional strength exercises, core work, balance training, and mobility drills tailored specifically for runners of all levels.
