The AGM of Collingwood Lawn Tennis Club will be held on Tuesday 24th March 2026 at The CIU Club, Front Street in Tynemouth.

We have booked the upstairs lounge room from 7pm for a 7.30pm start.

We welcome all members and prospective members, keen to hear the club's news and views. The club will note its plans for the upcoming season in terms of tournaments, socials, coaching and facilities maintenance.

An agenda will be available at the start of the meeting and if anyone wishes to add specific items/questions/suggestions (even if you are unable to attend) please contact the Club Secretary at tennis.hollie@gmail.com

Currently, our agenda is to confirm fees for the upcoming 2026-27 season (the recommendation being no change on the prior year), express gratitude to committee, volunteers, coaches, captains and grounds team, elect committee, detail coaching and facility updates, and any other business. We have already ordered some new nets and have plans to spruce up the benches.

Following the AGM, we will publish the minutes and details of the coaching programme via email, on the website and a hardcopy in the clubhouse.

As ever we are hugely grateful to our committee members; if anyone wishes to volunteer or become a a new committee member, we welcome all!
