Yoga camps and sessions

Children and Teens

We have sessions for both children and teens running on Monday and Tuesday in the sports hall, £16 a session (2 hours) They will be run by the lovely Debrah from Soni yoga wellbeing you can check her out here:  https://soniyoga.co.uk/ .

Monday 5th August- Kids Yoga

Our kid's yoga sessions will run at the following times:

Session One: 9am-11am for ages 4-7

Adult and Family Yoga

Hotpod Yoga will also be running outdoor, gentle flow -beginner friendly, 50-minute yoga sessions on the grass next to our indoor courts! If you are interested you can use this link to book: Outdoor Yoga Pass (£5) link

These sessions will run Monday 5th - 2pm, Tuesday 6th August 9:15am and Thursday 8th August at 3pm. Adults and accompanied children from age 13 and up. Bring a mat if you have one, some will be available to borrow.

Sunday 4th August - Family Fun Day free yoga

Family-friendly free yoga for all, outside on the grass all ages welcome. 1-hour sessions

10 am and 2 pm - just turn up with a mat (if you have one) and your water!

This session is for Kids and Adults, it aims to teach children all about yoga and mindfulness using a strongly visual fun approach to yoga. Using exercises for the parents and children to explore independently or together.

Mother and Baby yoga starts on a Thursday 09:30am from September so watch this space!
