Kids Holiday Camps – February Half Term  

Our Kids Holiday Camps are now open for booking this February half term, with fun and active sessions for all abilities. 

What’s on: 

  • 16–18 Feb: Mini Tennis & Multi-Sport Camp (Ages 3–8) 

  • 17–18 Feb: Squash Camp (Ages 7–17) 

  • 19–20 Feb: Racket Camp (Ages 3–16)

News -  

🎾 The Performance Clinic   

1. Pain in the lower back pain in a young racket player is not something that should be ignored. Often this is a result of muscle imbalance (tightness or weakness) but more importantly this could be a sign of lumbar stress response or fracture and would need a physiotherapy assessment and rehab plan and modifying training.
