This year we are having to hold our AGM virtually. It's no substitute for meeting up face to face, but it's the best we can offer.

Our AGM will open on 12th March as a Zoom meeting, to start at 19:30 hrs. You will receive an invitation approx 15 mins before the meeting convenes. There will be an opportunity to ask questions during AOB.

Matters which require a vote are as follows:

1. To accept the minutes of the previous AGM, held at Corbridge Cricket Club .....yes/no

2.  Any Matters arising from the AGM....................................................................................  yes/no

3.  To Agree the latest accounts..................................................................................................yes/no

4.  Re-appoint  Armstrong Watson as Accountants ..........................................................yes/no

5.  Approve the re-election of the Committee members................................................yes/no

6.  AOB 

Voting  and any questions will close on 10th March and we need you to send an email with your votes (or questions)  to tennis@corbridgetennis.co.uk or simply reply to the undersigned, hicksb@gmail.com.

Please help us by using a simply format when replying:

AGREE POINTS 1-5 

OR

AGREE POINTS (insert relevant numbers)  and DISAGREE POINTS (insert relevant number and reason)
