Festive Club Plays 

We’ve got some special Club Play sessions coming up in the lead-up to Christmas, including a festive Christmas Eve morning session! Enjoy free mulled wine and nibbles in the bar afterwards — a perfect way to start the Christmas break! 

Tuesday 23rd December (7am – 11pm) 

  • 09:30-10:20 – Christmas Pilates with Kim

News 

How much Running is too much? A recent study found that a running session that is greater than the 10% of the longest run you did in the prior 30 days can significantly increase the risk of lower limb injury: Including, groin, knee, ankle and foot. Gradual running distance progression is key to preventing these.
