✨ New Fitness Class Added! ✨ 
Due to high demand, we’ve added a second Better Balance with Gillian class on Wednesdays at 11:45am, following the 11:05am session 🕚 
Both 30-minute classes focus on flexibility, balance, and gentle stretching 🤸‍♀️🧘‍♂️ 
Free for eligible members or £4 for non-members 💷

Bar or Lounge closures -  

Wednesday 28th January lounge closed from 6pm. Our Bar will remain open  

Saturday 31st bar closed from 5pm – until close. Our Lounge will remain open

Kids Holiday Camps – February Half Term  

Our Kids Holiday Camps are now open for booking this February half term, with fun and active sessions for all abilities. 

What’s on: 

  • 16–18 Feb: Mini Tennis & Multi-Sport Camp (Ages 3–8) 

  • 17–18 Feb: Squash Camp (Ages 7–17) 

  • 19–20 Feb: Racket Camp (Ages 3–16)

Is Your Child's Back Changing Shape? 

Important Information for Parents (Ages 10–15) & Signs to Watch For: 

Parents should observe their child's back and posture. Common signs that may indicate scoliosis include: 

• One shoulder higher than the other 

• Uneven shoulder blades (scapula) 

• One hip higher or more prominent 

• Uneven waistline 

• Clothing not hanging evenly
