Fitness

In addition to all of our racket sports or for those not wanting to play racket sports, The Northumberland Club offers 14 fitness classes a week. These classes are completely free and included in ADULT, ADULT SAVER, COUPLES AND FAMILY membership types. Our fitness class timetable can be viewed here: The Northumberland Club / Fitness some sessions are ran by the club and some by ODFC instructors offering a wide range and variety of instruction from Bootcamps to Yoga classes.

Non members or other membership types are welcome to join some of our fitness sessions such as Circuits, Pilates and Strength and Stretch starting from £6 per session and you can book on line The Northumberland Club / Coaching choosing the category 'Adult then Fitness'.

We are very lucky to also have ODFC on site offering a wide range of bootcamps and fitness sessions indoors and out. Our members can upgrade their membership if they want to include all of ODFC sessions.

The club also has a gym included in the full membership categories or you can choose a gym only membership which entitles users to access to the gym, discounts on racket sport sessions and social membership of the Club. Join: Choose Membership (clubm.mobi) Open everyday 7am-10pm.

The air conditioned gym looks out onto the grounds and tennis courts, which provides the perfect backdrop to help motivate and inspire you. The Gym has received a full refurbishment, which has seen all new state-of-the-art equipment from TechnoGym.
