Notes from the coach
Target age 7-10 (though not set in stone, player standard taken into account) using black balls (blue/red dots for more bounce) for those juniors who are able to play rallies and understanding of rules and more detail into swing technique and shot selection good habits. Will encourage when ready participating in local tournament play backed up by monthly JUNIOR MATCH PLAY SESSIONS.
