ODFC Classes

Did you know that our members also benefit from three additional classes ran by the North East’s premier bootcamp provider ODFC completely FREE OF CHARGE?! 

These classes are:

Tuesday 6.30am Circuit Training
Thursday 6.30am Circuit Training
Saturday 7am Fight Fit

Fun and friendly ODFC'S Circuit Training classes are loosely based on military style training modified to ensure all activities are scalable for all shapes, sizes and abilities. Whether doing press-ups or swinging kettlebells you’ll never know what you’re gonna get at an ODFC class, but come prepared to work and your goals are within your grasp!

During their Fight Fit classes you’ll use pads, gloves, bags and strike shields in varied time-based drills to give your body an all over workout. No matter what your level of fitness, this class will challenge you and allow you to achieve your goals.
In order to attend these classes you will need to go to www.odfcfitness.com and click the free trial button which will take you through a series of health questions.  All ages and abilities are welcome subject to health clearance. 
You will be asked how you heard about the ODFC and if you put “Member of the Northumberland Club” and once we have verified you are an active member you will be able to attend for free!
